About Me

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. During that time, I have worked in all aspects of this business from mortgage processor/underwriter to preparing the closing documents. Because of my vast experience and knowledge in this industry, I will make the home buying process as easy and as enjoyable as possible. The majority of my business comes from very satisfied customers that have referred their friends and families.

I was born and raised in Kennedy Township, just outside of Pittsburgh, and still live there with my 2 beautiful golden retrievers.

Loan Programs

Conventional

The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.

FHA

Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.

USDA

These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.

VA

VA loans are a benefit to our veterans.  They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
